Spa Policies

To ensure every guest enjoys a peaceful and seamless experience, please review the following policies before booking. These guidelines help us provide a high-quality service and respect the time of both our therapists and our clients.

1. Booking & Appointment Requirements

  • Please book at least 4 hours in advance when possible.

  • Same-day appointments are subject to therapist availability.

  • A valid phone number and location address in Valle de Guadalupe / Ensenada / Ruta del Vino are required to confirm your appointment.

  • For couples or VIP experiences, please ensure enough space for two massage beds.


2. Travel & Location

Armonía Valle is a mobile spa service.
We travel to:

  • Valle de Guadalupe

  • Ensenada (select areas)

  • Ruta del Vino

  • Private villas, cabins, hotels & Airbnbs


3. Preparation Before Your Session

To ensure a smooth experience:

  • Please allow us space for the massage bed(s) and equipment.

  • If the treatment will be outdoors, ensure the area is clean, shaded, and free of strong wind.

  • A restroom or small area to wash hands is appreciated.

  • For facials, please arrive with a clean face or allow time for makeup removal.


4. Cancellations & Changes

We understand that plans can change.
To respect our therapist’s time:

  • Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the appointment are free of charge.

  • Cancellations made under 12 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the service.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (under 2 hours) may be charged 100% of the service.

  • If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Session length may be adjusted depending on schedule.


5. Health & Safety

Your well-being is our priority.

Please avoid scheduling a session if you have:

  • Fever

  • Skin infections

  • Contagious conditions

  • Recent surgeries without doctor clearance

  • Severe sunburn in the treatment area

If symptoms appear after booking, contact us to reschedule.

Therapists may refuse service if conditions are unsafe or contraindicated.


6. Payments

We accept:

  • Cash (MXN / USD)

  • Bank transfer

  • Credit and Debit cards
  • Deposit in advance for VIP experiences may be required

  • Payment must be completed before or immediately after your session


7. VIP & Special Setups

For romantic setups or birthday decorations:

  • A deposit of 30% is required to reserve materials (petals, candles, wine, balloons, etc.).

  • Setups require additional preparation time.

  • Decorations may vary slightly depending on availability.


8. Privacy & Comfort

Your comfort matters.
You will be properly draped at all times.
All personal information and communications remain confidential.


9. Therapist Safety Policy

For everyone’s safety:

  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service.

  • The full service fee will still apply.

  • Future appointments will not be accepted.


10. Weather & Outdoor Services

If your session is outdoors:

  • Weather must be appropriate (shade, no rain, no strong wind).

  • If conditions are unsafe, we may recommend moving indoors or rescheduling.


11. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available upon request.
They must be used within 6 months of the purchase date.
